Fifth studio album released by the New Zealand band. The album hit number one in Australia & New Zealand, & 10 on the Canadian album charts, and 40 on the Billboard 200. The album was released in various colour combinations on the cover, 11 all together if one includes the black/white version sent to the press. A&M labelled versions, released internationally, also feature laser- etched vinyl that reflects coloured light when played. Rather than merely an artistic statement, the etching was intended to deter counterfeits. Certified 5x platinum at home, & double platinum in Canada.
