Shipping policy

Retro Sound & Collectibles is committed to getting your product to you in a timely manner. The time between receiving your order and shipping out, is expected to be 1 business day, however if your order is received on a weekend or holiday, please expect that it will be shipped out on the following business days. Please be aware that due to unforeseen circumstances, shipments may be delayed due to road closures and major weather events in our region. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to these. 

Shipping 

New and Used Vinyl will be shipped directly from our location in Cranbrook BC. You will be notified of the shipping time via the checkout process and you will be sent a shipping notification once your order is processed. 

All shipping costs will be quoted at checkout and will reflect the weight of the product and the final destination. 

Currently we are ship to Canada, US and the UK

If you are outside these areas, please reach out and we will quote for shipping. 

Free Local Delivery 

We also offer Free Local Delivery within   Cranbrook. Just select local delivery from the checkout process
