Robert Plant — Shaken N Stirred

Third solo studio album by the former Led Zeppelin frontman. Released on Es Paranza Records, the boutique label that existed solely to release Plant’s solo albums, & also the single release of the Plant-led The Honeydrippers. Track “Little By Little” was number one on the Mainstream Rock Chart for two weeks, & peaked at 36 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. According to Plant himself, he was greatly influenced by David Byrne and his group Talking Heads at the time, going so far as wishing to be the opening act for that band. The album hit 20 on the Billboard 200, doing slightly better at home, at 19 on the UK Album charts.
