Nat King Cole — The Christmas Song

1992 cassette reissue of the holiday album originally released in 1962. Although the title track was first recorded by Cole in 1946, it was the fourth recording, from 1961, that is still played on the radio & is included in both the 1962 releases & this release. When this version was released it hit 65 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, & entered the Top Ten for the first time on the chart dated January 7, 2023, giving the song the record for the longest time to hit the Top Ten, at 62 years & 26 days.
