Bob Welch - French Kiss

Debut solo album of the former Fleetwood Mac guitarist. It was intended as the third album of Welch’s previous band, Paris, but the group fell apart before recording could begin. As a single a revised version of Fleetwood Mac song “Sentimental Lady”, written by Welch, hit eight on the singles charts. The album features guest appearances by former band mates Mick Fleetwood, Christine McVie, & Welch’s replacement, Lindsey Buckingham. In the US the album hit 12 on the Billboard 200 & was certified platinum.
