Second album released by the alt-rock band from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. A lyric from the lead single, “The Battle Of Who Could Care Less” provided the album title. Another single, “Brick”, which would hit the Top-40 in numerous countries, would become the band’s biggest hit. Track “Steven’s Last Night In Town”, was written about Fold’s friend, record producer Stephen Short. Recorded in a house in the band’s hometown. Certified platinum in the US, & gold in Canada.
